In this information you will learn how we handle your personal data, how you can contact us if you have questions about the processing of your personal data and other important information about the processing of your personal data. We encourage you to read this information carefully. This information may change from time to time. Up-to-date information regarding the processing of your personal data is posted on our website www.hrhouse.sk.

In processing your personal data, we are governed by Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and related regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).

Personal data we process:

Contact and professional details: Name, surname, title, address, telephone number, e-mail address, data provided in the CV, motivation letter and job application, details regarding education, experience and other skills of job seekers.

For what purpose do we process your personal data:

Selection procedures: We process personal data for the purposes of the selection procedure on the basis of your application for employment – pre-contractual relations in accordance with the Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We process your personal data on our own behalf or on behalf of our clients, to whom we provide personnel advice, including selection procedures as an intermediary.

Candidate database management: If you submit your consent to personal data processing for the purpose of inclusion in the candidate database when submitting the job application, we will include you in our database of job applicants for repeated contact and their provision to our clients as potential employers. We process personal data for the purposes of inclusion in the database of candidates on the basis of your consent in accordance with the Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.

How long do we keep your personal data:

We will keep your personal data for 6 months after the end of the selection procedure. If we do not invite you to a competition or we do not have a vacancy, we will not store your personal data. If you have given us your consent to be included in the database of candidates, we will keep your personal data for 2 years after the year in which they were obtained.

Are you obliged to provide us with personal data?

The provision of your personal data for the purposes of the selection procedure is mandatory. If you do not provide personal data, we cannot invite you to a tender. The provision of personal data for the purpose of inclusion in the database of candidates is voluntary.

Who will your personal information be shared with?

Intermediaries who process your personal data on our behalf only on the basis of documented contractual instructions:

Our clients:

We provide our clients with personnel consulting, including selection procedures as an intermediary. If you have given us your consent and you are a suitable candidate to be invited to our client’s tender, we will provide your personal data to our client. After obtaining your personal data, our client is obliged to provide you with information on the processing of personal data.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

Source of your personal data:

We process your personal data that you have provided to us directly. The source from which your personal data comes may be the company Profesia, spol. s r.o., with its registered office at Pribinova street no. 19, 811 09 Bratislava, Company ID no.: 35800861, if you have sent us a CV via the website www.profesia.sk or the company pretlak s. r. o., Lazovná street no. 236/5 974 01 Banská Bystrica, Company ID no.: 52310965, if you sent us your CV via the website www.pretlak.sk or the Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family, if you registered and are looking for a job via the website www.ispt.sk

What are your rights?

Right to revoke your consent

You can revoke your consent to the personal data processing for the purposes of inclusion in the database of candidates at any time by sending a written request by post to our address or electronically to the email address info@hrhouse.sk. The consent revocation shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing resulting from the consent prior to its revocation. 

The right to access your personal data

Upon request, you have the right to obtain information from us on what personal data we process about you and to provide you with a copy of your personal data. However, the rights of third parties cannot be restricted by this.

The right to correct or supplement your personal data

Upon request, you have the right to correct the incorrect and to supplement the incomplete personal data. By exercising this right, you will help us to keep your personal data correct and up to date.

In addition to some legal exceptions, you also have the following rights:

The right to delete personal data

Upon request, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if the purpose of the processing has ended or the personal data are being processed illegally.

Right to restrict processing

You have the right to request the blocking of your personal data.

The right to transfer your personal data

Upon request, you have the right to obtain your personal data, which we process about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to request the transfer of this personal data to another operator, if technically possible. However, the rights of third parties cannot be restricted by this.

The right to object to the processing of your personal data

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. However, the exercise of the right to object is not absolute. When exercising the right to object, we will not further process your personal data unless we demonstrate the necessity of our legitimate interest.

Manner of exercising rights:

You can exercise your rights by sending a written request by post to our address or electronically to the email address info@hrhouse.sk.

We will respond to your request regarding your personal data processing without undue delay, in any case within one month of its receipt. In special cases, the deadline may be extended by another two months, but in any case, we will inform you of the reasons for the extension within one month of receiving the request. The information is provided free of charge. However, if your requests are inadequate or recurring, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee for handling them.

You have the right to file a motion to initiate proceedings with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná street no. 12, 820 07 Bratislava, statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk, if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in conflict with these conditions, or valid legislation.
